Google Inc. has acquired Grand Central Communications, a company that provides services for managing voice communications. Grand Central let users integrate all of their existing phone numbers and voice mailboxes into one account, which can be accesed from the web. Google mentioned that, GrandCentral’s technology fits well into Google’s efforts to provide services that enhance the collaborative echange of information between their users.

This is the 12th acquirement of Google Inc. after Youtube and DoubleClick.

Now, Google will access our phone talks and voice mails after our emails. They will absolutely know who is their target and what they need.
